search for "Respect your fellow artists" and there was stated "If you have reason to believe that a deviantART submission violates this policy you should use the official Report Violation link which is available on every submission page."
And That's what you should do, not flaming and harrasing. You who flames and harrasses is also guilty, and I could report all of you to the help desk of DA for harrassing.
Also if you already have proof, why bother posting aggresive comments here? It's clearly stated here [link]

(Kalau kamu punya maksud untuk percaya kalau ada deviantART submission melanggar peraturan ini, kamu sebaiknya menggunakan link Report Violation link (laporan pelanggaran resmi) dimana tersedia di setiap halaman submisi)
Dan itulah yang seharusnya kalian lakukan, bukan ngeflame atau memojokkan (ngeflame kalo nggak tau itu seperti bikin keributan). Kalian yang ngeflame dan memojokkan juga sudah bersalah (pelanggaran terhadap deviantART policy), dan saya bisa laporkan ke help desk deviantART atas pelanggaran tersebut.

Betul. Lebih tepatnya emotional quotient (EQ), kalo ditranslate mungkin istilahnya bukan kecerdasan emosional tapi lebih ke pengendalian emosi. Kalo udah emosi, biasanya pikiran nggak beres dan akal sehat jadi nggak jalan, terus hasilnya kebanyakan bakalan jadi negatif.
